3.3 Orders may be canceled within 6 business days of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

5.1 Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. (cracked, missing wicks or at owners' discretion)
5.2 Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product to request a return or exchange. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) must be required.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is processed.
